Ethan Canny
A Phoenix native, Ethan brings experience in healthcare private equity and public accounting, where he has worked closely with business owners of all sizes to structure transactions and provide comprehensive financial guidance.
He knows that behind every business is a story, a team, and a community that depends on getting the transition right. Ethan is based in Phoenix and focuses exclusively on Arizona's business ecosystem, maintaining deep relationships with owners, advisors, and local operators across the state.
A longtime student of philosophy, economics, and competitive strategy - drawing early inspiration from thinkers like Warren Buffett and Adam Smith - Ethan approaches investing with a focus on durability, aligned incentives, and long-term stewardship.

Ronan holds a B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University. His background in financial analysis and accounting shapes how he underwrites every opportunity — digging into the numbers behind a business, from quality of earnings to cash flow durability, before anything else.
He works alongside the firm's partners to identify durable businesses and support owners through thoughtful, well-structured transitions, bringing an analyst's discipline to every stage of the investment process.
